We recommend for breakfast or a snack during the day you limit the calories by removing the peanut butter.

The base of this delicious smoothie is our very own Banoffee Pie Flavoured Hemp Protein Powder. The unique banana and caramel flavour adds a great richness to your smoothie. Throw in a mixture of berries, spinach, banana, beetroot, and organic peanut butter, and you have a healthy, flavoursome snack full of all the good stuff your body needs.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries 
  • ½ cup raspberries 
  • ½ cup boysenberries
  • 1 teaspoon beetroot powder
  • 1 Scoop Ritual & Rise Banoffee Pie Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp natural organic peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cups water

 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth, creamy, and consistent. Include more or less water depending on how thick you want your smoothie. To start with, add water bit by bit until you’re happy with the consistency.
